Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just select the email mailbox you want to redirect mails from, then select the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
